My F1 visa application was rejected and the counselor didn't tell me the reasons of refusal, but I think that I haven't traveled abroad was the reason of refusal. When should i reapply for the visa and what additional documents should i get
That is a difficult question to answer without more information and knowing what documentation you submitted to the Consulate. It could be many things, including insufficient finances, insufficient ties to your home country, etc. You should schedule a call or Skype consultation with an immigration attorney who can spend some time reviewing your documentation in support of the F-1 visa.
I agree with my colleague that more information is needed to properly answer your question. I would strongly suggest that you seek the help of an immigration lawyer. Best of Luck!
You need to collect all of your information and contact an experienced immigration attorney who can advise you as to your rights. Travel while on the F1 is the claim and if you did not travel you may have a grounds for reinstatement. Remember the Consular is a part of SEVIS and mistakes can happen. Good luck.
