I told the manager about it as I was leaving they were just sitting there laughing about it like it was funny
If you are an employee of the store, there may be little you can do other than report it to the management. If you are injured you can make a workers compensation claim. While an employer has an obligation to provide you with a violence free work environment, there is little you can do about this one time event.
