Residential Burglary is a Class B felony, so it is punishable by 5-20 years in prison or on probation. If you have more than one prior felony conviction, it is punishable by 5-30 years in prison, and if you have 4 or more convictions, it is punishable by 5-40 years.
You are also facing 5-20 years on the underlying Residential Burglary if found to have violated your probation by committing a new offense.
Since you have a prior Residential Burglary conviction, you can ill afford a second one. If convicted of a second Residential Burglary, you would have to serve 100% of any sentence you receive.
I would recommend speaking to a lawyer immediately.
