I'm on my first year of H1B and my visa/I-94 with Company A (Boston) expires on 30th September 2018. I have signed an offer with Company B (Orlando) and they filed my H1B transfer in premium mode on 13th July 2018. My wife,5 months pregnant, desperately needs my help & is based out of Jacksonville. Today, 16th of July, a reputed company C in Jacksonville rolled out an offer I cant reject - primarily coz I will be able to support my family like I should in such times.
Company C,whom I so want to join, is also willing to file my transfer in premium mode but it might be so that by the time they file or have decision pending with USCIS, Company B will already get their approval decision and will be asking to join asap.
1) If I join Company B midway of Company C's transfer how will that effect Company C's petition? Will delaying joining Comp. B help?
2) My current employer A will revoke my sponsorship then. Does that mean Company C's petition is then null and void & have to reapply with Company B's approved petition?
3)How my visa expiry in Sep'18 impact here?
Don't want to say no to Company B to increase chances of settling close to my wife if not with her.
