I asked this before, and someone pointed out that Avvo doesn't allow solicitation. I'm looking for a referral to a lawyer who has actually won on these cases.
It may not be you, but if you know of someone in Bergen, I'd appreciate it.
Or, do I just have to make a hundred calls?
Is there a better way of identifying one who's done that? titan360x(at)outlook.c0m
You have asked this question at least 6 times and you do not pay attention to the answers.
Use AVVO's Find a Lawyer tool to select a qualified attorney. Good luck.

You are wasting your own time and ours by repetitively asking the same question. Call some school or education attorneys and ask them directly. If no one is answering, it means either lack of knowledge, lack of interest or the need to do research that would have to be paid for, by the attorneys.

You have to make the hundred calls.......
