My daughter mother has been inconsistent on my visitation with my daughter. Ever since we broke up 3 years ago she has outburst and will not let me see my daughter for weeks at a time. Ex. She once wanted a ride somewhere and I said no and she didn’t let me see my daughter for a month. I didn’t think I needed a lawyer since its obvious she’s unreasonable. But now she is accusing me and my fiancé of hurting my child since she once had bruises(she was playing and hurt herself). With this new accusation I’m wondering whether a lawyer is the best option. Please advise, I’m afraid of losing visitation over this false accusation.
