I bought a car 6 months ago from a Used car dealer. Until today, I still don't have the plates or the title of the car. I have military orders and I'm moving from Texas to Florida. I can't take the car with me, What options I have against the dealer?
Find an attorney who handles Consumer Law/ Deceptive Trade Practices law. You can likely find someone to give a free consultation and possibly take the case on contingency where the vendor would wind up paying the fees.

If the dealer also financed the car, you could make a complaint through the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner which regulates dealer financing. http://occc.texas.gov/
