A univ. appointed psych. after resolving my depression followed intensive trial of medications for fine tuning despite my objection as I were in a good then. The pscyh. didn't agree. After 4 mnths, she asked me for hosp. saying all earlier meds deteriorated my condn. The stabilizer given on top of it induced twist in face and slur in speech. During my flight back to home country, I forgot to take the med, that relieved me of all above symptoms. Hosp. was thus not reqd. Docs. here rejected possibility of any underlying disorder. I don't want to file a case as I were saved. But I am shocked seeing my records. It is portrayed that I were non-compliant that resulted in all issues and that I suffer from psychotic disorder which I were never told about. It is all very far from truth. Pls. guide.
I understand your desire to make the truth known. I recommend that you track down all the documents that you can and put it all together. As the patient, you are entitled to all of your medical records. After gathering and reviewing the documents, then see an attorney to review your issues.
