In order to have a case worth suing over, you would have to be able to show some damages or harm as a result of their error. Did your identity get stolen and your credit get ruined as a result of the error? Did someone get credit in your name by using that information? Did it cost you money on your taxes as a result of a false reporting to the IRS? If you can't show harm or damages as a result of the mix up it's likely not worth suing over.
Additionally, do you know for certain it was a mistake by the casino as opposed to someone giving them a fake ID with your information on it?
