was illegally, unauthorized, involving forgery to lift her name off the deed and through her brother who had his wife's name slipped in on the deed and processed by a lawyer of her mom to see to it that his sister's name is taken off the deed so they could mortgage the property until there's less than 10% of equity left. Now both brother and wife is going through a divorce and possibly the house that now has a VA loan of $697,000 on it may be sold as a result of this divorce leaving the sister with no supposedly paid off of her share back in 2001 and yet the house was mortgage free.
