1. I am asking when amendment was submitted for a location and client change...
It did not change the end date of current approved petition.
So, What is time taken by USCIS for a review of RFE response submitted for H1B amendment, is it 60 days max or what?
2. We will be filing the extension is some days.
So, Can we file extension in premium even if amendment RFE was submitted in normal mode and we are still waiting for its decision?
Thanks in advance
Attorney retained to file the amendment not available for comment?
This response is general in nature and cannot be construed as legal advice, given that not enough facts are known. H1B premium is not available if requested after April 1.
Amendment RFEs do not have a fixed time to adjudicate although 60 days is common.
One may abandon an amendment and premium an extension before April 1.
