Your medical is goid as long as it is FILED with Immigration within 60 days of doctor signing. Once you meet that it is good for awhile.
The I-693 form is valid for one year. Therefore, if the USCIS interviewing officer is attentive or professionally diligent she will send you a Notice to update your medical exam prior to the interview.
