Hey I was recently arrested for shoplifting .then they looked back on there cameras this is Wal-Mart and charged me with another shoplifting from a previous day. They never got. Me coming out of the store they pulled me over the police did.I thought that they had to get u leaving the store am I wrong??? Please help me
Yes, they can notify the police about he video evidence from the previous day, which would normally be sufficient for the DA to file criminal charges. At this point, you need to consult with a local criminal attorney for advice and to discuss your legal options. An experienced attorney may be able to negotiate with the prosecutor for a more favorable outcome. Make a few calls to some local criminal attorneys as soon as possible. Most will offer free consultations. Good luck.
Yes you can be charged for the previous incident based on the video evidence. You should consult a local attorney

You are incorrect. They can charge you for both. I strongly recommend getting counsel because these municipalities are pushing for jail sentences for shoplifting, longer sentences than for other crimes. Please get counsel immediately
In no way am I offering you legal advice, and in no way has my comment created an attorney-client relationship. You are not to rely upon my note above in any way, but instead need to sit down with counsel and share all relevant facts before receiving fully-informed legal advice.
