I have a legal divorce agreement. I have been divorced for over 8 years. I have recalculation written in my agreement. However, my ex-husband has not responded to emails, texts regarding recalculation. I have two children 15 and 11 years of age. He has willinging agreed to change the days of visitation as this has affected his as well as children's schedule. He has 2 weekends a month overnights.
I pay for medical insurance for children. He pays for dental and eye insurance. He pays $846.00 a month. Please advise as I have tried to work this out without a lawyer but he refuses to supply any documentation/proof of income.
In order to have the numbers adjusted you will have to file a modification of child support. If you're matter went through child support enforcement you can contact them otherwise you will have to file the motion yourself. The local rules dictate what documents will have to be turned over.
