I financed a 2004 Ford Escape in PA in March of 2015, within 2 weeks, had to bring back for repairs that were covered under a month warranty with $100 deductible. Repairs were done at that time, but within a few months, I contacted them and needed more repairs done. That's when the problems started. I have had nothing but problems with car since, thousands of dollars spent and now live out of state, make a car payment every month for junk that is nothing but problems. I got the consumers protection involved, but they advised me to get a lawyer. Need help with this process!!!

First of all, this is NOT a lemon law issue. Your car was 16 years old when you bought it !
Secondly, before you even think about suing, you'd have to establish some type of legal liability on the dealer.
Did you buy the car AS IS or did the dealer give you a warranty? And by 'warranty' I do not mean a separate 'extended service contract' that that CALL a warranty. That is not a warranty.
