What is the law for moving LESS than 100 miles away with joint custody in Wisconsin? Also if it’s to another state?

Even if it is less than 100 miles away, he is required to provide you with his new address within ten days of the move. The placement schedule would remain the same, as long as it does not interfere with the current placement and custody Order. The law was recently changed in which he could not move out of the State without your permission or a Court Order. Now, there is only the 100 mile restriction.
