My wife is in a new relationship and her dying Grandmother wants to see her marry again. I'm still living in CT and my wife moved to Cali over 3 yrs ago, we are not legally separated though. Her and her fiancé are trying to get married by Sept 2nd and I want to help. she heard that in CA, there is a one day divorce service, I believe in San Diego, and I think in CT we have a non adversarial divorce which it claims takes 35 days or less. We don't have any joint property and only a adult child. We just really want to go our own ways with no strings attached, before her Grandmother passes. Please help us.
