My have some domestic problems with my wife which lead her to leave the house and went and file case of abuse and domestic violence against me. I was asked by CPS to undergo a six weeks domestic services by CPS after their investigations which they didn't tell me what the allegations where. Two days. I got a call from CPS that they have closed my case and will send me a letter that the case have been closed. But a letter stating an allegations of negative supervision against my children was sent to me. What does this mean. And since CPS case worker informed me that the case has been closed. Will i be able to see my children or file for visitation right. My children are currently with their mother and CPS case worker told me that they don't have custody of my children and will not force my wife to let me see them. Will this be on my file since CPS didn't file a petition in court against me.
Did the make a finding that you were negligent supervising your children You need to file for divorce and request court order visitation.
