I was receiving a % on "bonus income" as child support but he didn't disclose his RSU's earned. Found out 3 yrs later about RSU's. Does "Bonus Income" include RSU's or just bonuses over the base salary?
By in large, it is any income received, so if he received stock it was probably characterized as income. An attorney would have to review the stock plan, but in all probability that would be the situation. There is a good chance that it would be include able for purposes of child support calculations. You should immediately see a Family Law attorney.
