Need a contract for initial deposit to the corporation from personal funds. Also need another contract to transfer personal contract (contract made prior to start up corporation with other investors ) to be under new corporation.
When you form a new corporation and capitalize it by putting money into a corporate bank account or assigning a contract to the corporation in exchange for your initial shares of stock, you do this with the corporation's Organizational Minutes, which is also where you elect directors for the board of directors, who in turn name the corporate officers (President, Treasurer, Secretary, etc.). It should cost you no more than a couple hundred dollars to have those minutes prepared for you by an attorney.
