The first time I got my 2 years green card was back in 2015 throw my first marriage , I got divorced before I get the 10 years green card , now I got married again and the immigration issued me another 2 years green card ,
next year is when I can apply for the 10 years green card in March , since I got mine last March 2019 ,
So when can I apply for the citizenship ?
First Green card
Second green card
I’m currently married for 3 years .
you may apply for citizenship 2 years and 9 months after you obtained your second conditional residency (even if the application for the 10 year card is pending); provided you meet all requirements and are still married to and living with your U.S. citizen spouse. Otherwise it would be 4 years and 9 months after your CR grant date.
There is something 'not-quite-right- about your facts.
Did you leave the US from 2017 to 2019?
