What is considered harassment in the state of ct
attack my character and moral fiber via email . Can I do nothing to stop what in my opinion is a level of abuse

In Connecticut according to criminal law (Conn. Gen. Stat. Sec. 53a-183) harassment would include when someone by telephone “addresses another in or uses indecent or obscene language” or by telephone, mail, email (or other written means) communicates with the “intent to harass, annoy or alarm another person”.
