Is it possible you mean Penal Code section 1203.2 (a)? If so, this is the code section that governs violations of probation. If you are already on probation, and there's probable cause to believe you violated a condition, this allows a probation officer, or police officer to arrest you and bring you before the court on the violation. It could be for doing just about anything you were told not to do as a condition of the underlying probation.
You should get in contact with a criminal defense attorney in your area for more information.
