I rented a new development townhome in a complex with the address starting at 7390 an paid a large $5390 deposit and paid$2695 a month rent for 12 month lease plus gas electric water cable ect upon moving out the property management company retained our whole deposit and sent us a bill for an additional $5000 in damages which was ludicrious. we sued lost but the judge never told us we named the wrong people instead of property manager we should have named owner went to tax assessor office city building office county assessor office to look up address to get owners name and address to serve them the address does not exist nor is it a record of the address in any county office but I was getting mail there they all said the address start at 7391 which is the other side of the street I even got a copy of the blocks map and the address is not on the map but the new building is there I lived in it for a year its apart of a townhouse development unit 11 -12 in which I lived in 13 then three more on the opposite side of me is this tax fraud address fraud rental fraud and every other kind of fraud I want to sue asap

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.
You should be able to serve the owner with process by using the procedures laid out in Civil Code Section 1962 and following.
Or, if you are sued for the $5k, you should be able to cross-complain, and serve the cross-complaint by mail.
