Last New Years Eve, my parents let me have a few drinks. The next day, 2 of my guy friends told me what happened. They told me that I kissed and did oral sex with both of them. One of them is 13 (same age as me) and the other one was 17. Can we/he get in trouble with the law for that?
If your facts are true, then the can be convicted a statutory rape. This is a sex crime. You are not old enough to consent, and apparently you did not consent if you had to be told what was done to you. This likely rises to the level of rape. Your parents can also be convicted for allowing you to have drinks and the following activity. I would advise you to speak with a counselor at your school immediately.
