Need to know 2018 i have been arrested by police in 2 hearing my case was dismissed my record is still on website i can see it cant sponge because it need 5 years more im married now i keep this situation secret from anyone now im filling immigration form to be immigrant as 5 .5 years already passed i lose the papers i got from court where my case was written as nolle procequi (dismissed) i dont have evidence now need advice what should i do as i dont want to let anyone know what happened, it happened another state now i moved to Chicago need honest advice.
