I am primary holder of car and my friend is secondary of car she drove car she had car in her possession she told me she did car accident,after the two weeks she sent a picture from her phone number she never wanted to tell me about really happened with car and after the accident she canceled insurance she did not make police report and claim I asked her where is car and how condition car she did not want to tell me I had very difficult time,after one month I found car her home back side yard it was dangerous I got scared when I saw car she was taking responsibility for car and she first made 3 payments late and she was using her date birthday tag after the my date birth day, tag auto agency created new tag from birthday she was not putting my date of birth tag it was very difficult time for me but I took car in possession,she sent me message you took car without me knowing and telling,my name first in registration,can I sue her? and what I should take legal action against her?
Of course you can sue for the core back in any damages. You may be able to do this in small claims court
