I received a dui in PA...along with the dui charge there were other offenses listed; failure to obey traffic signs, careless driving etc. I was accepted into the ARD program but my license was not suspended.
What happens to these traffic offenses given that my license was not suspended? Do they show up in my driving record?
It depends upon what happened with those summary offenses. In such counties, you are required to plead guilty to the summary offenses are part of the ARD program. In other counties, the summary offenses are dismissed upon completion of the ARD program. If you pleaded guilty to the charges, then they would appear on your driving record. If the charges were dismissed, then they would not appear on your driving record. The key issue is whether or not you were convicted.

My colleague explained it well. They may have chosen to drop all the other charges when you were accepted into ARD. You should contact the attorney that handled the case.

Montgomery County, thankfully, doesn't really care about the traffic summaries. They remain pending, and can be revived if your ARD is ever revoked — but even then the Montco DA lets them go most of the time.
They're concerned with the DUI, not the stop sign violation.
