If the Paternity Final Judgment is reversed and/or remanded for further labor, and there is a Termination of Parental Rights (TPR) that followed the Final Judgement of Paternity and was granted, what happens to the TPR? Does is stand or does it get reversed as paternity is not final? Please add any thoughts or scenarios you can foresee. Thank you.

This answer does not establish an attorney client relationship and is just my opinion based upon the limited facts presented.
If the child is yours then the termination of parental rights is the final order. If the child is not yours then it doesn't matter.
