But, if you are actually asking about driving someone else's vehicle while you have a valid unsuspended license and the owner of the vehicle has a suspended license, then no charge of driving on a suspended license.

If you have a suspended license it doesn't matter whose car you are driving. If the person who owns the car has a suspended REGISTRATION you cannot drive the car. If they have a suspended license it doesn't matter. So your question does have two possible meaning.
