My brother lives in pa and just got a dui. This is a parole violation. He was released in july. Will he have to serve the rest of his sentence, which is 11years, because of this?
He should consult with his PA attorney about his parole conditions. Such conditions will set forth reporting requirements.
New charges are usually parole violations. He should speak with a PA attorney as soon as possible.
You need to speak to a Pa. attorney. Parole is strict supervision. His PO may not write him up if he is doing well on other conditions. Make sure he gets a job and does not miss appointments. Good Luck.
Is the violation of probation in NJ or PA?
