Custody trial was over 6 months ago. Judgement was made but other party will not sign the judgment. It was set that my attorney would prepare the judgement but the other party’s attorney keeps making changes and prepared his own judgement with additional items in the judgement that we’re not decided in court. What are my options if he continues to stall in signing the judgement?
You should discuss this with your attorney but s/he can suggest that each attorney submit their own version of the Judgment and see which one the Judge picks. If it was a court-ordered Judgment, the party doesn't have to sign it.
