I’ve been fighting for custody of my kids since April 18. We had mediation scheduled she never showed, we had a court date at the end of May she never showed (She said my lawyer never served her). They rescheduled mediation she never showed now they rescheduled mediation again for July 12th and I don’t think she’ll show again. Our new court dates August 1st. Will they just continue to reschedule mediation if she doesn’t show up?
