I am the moving party in filing for a modification of child custody. Opposing party filed their response. I filed a response to the FL-320 by using form MC-030 for my declaration. I filed these papers with the court, but realized that I entered the opposing party's attorney's information in the caption box where it should have been my information. I signed the declaration and checked the box that indicates who I am in the case. Will this be an issue?
Shouldn't be an issue courts give wide latitude to Pro Per parties point out your mistake to the court they just might amend it on the spot
Please be aware that any comments that I have made are preliminary and tentative and not based upon a thorough analysis of your case. I would need additional information and review the exact documentation to be sure of the above advice. The answer above does not create an attorney/client relationship and does not require me to answer any future questions.
