What happens after I sign

If there are terms that you do not understand, then I HIGHLY suggest that you speak with your lawyer before you sign any paperwork. Once you sign paperwork and appear before the Court, then the Court will presume that you have fully understood all of the terms to which you are agreement. Attorneys welcome questions from their clients who are unsure of the terms and phrases. The bottom line is this - - MAKE SURE YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE TERMS OF THE PLEA (INCLUDING ANY IMPLICATIONS) BEFORE YOU SIGN THE DOCUMENTS.
