We just completed a 604.10b evaluation and got the report (favorable to my ex). How do the recommendations become reality? There is a GAL, so can he just recommend to the judge that a new schedule be started right away or does my ex need to file something?
your ex muswt have already filed something for the court to have appointed a 604 advisor and a gal. the report of the advisor and the gal are evidence to be presented to the judge at the hearing on her motion previously filed. whenever your trial is is when the judge will decide on the new schedule.
If there is a GAL and a 604 report, something has already been filed and a ruling from the judge is the next step. Believe you have already asked another question regarding attacking the 604 report. If you are serious about doing so, you are in way over your head, and should be talking to an attorney.
