My father passed on 6/30/2015. His funeral is 7/08. He has a will and did let me know about it. My mother-in law told me it is in the hands of the lawyers. She told me I would be well taken care of. I have an idea it is to 1/2 a million but do not know in what form it is.
Contact the lawyer who will probate the will for a timetable of the events as they foresee them.
