I have a restraining order he is very violent and I'm afraid of him I panic didn't show up the restraining order is also to keep him from baby he made threats in the past
If you did not appear on the hearing date the restraining order would be vacated by operation of law.
If you did not appear at the hearing to continue the order then it will be dismissed.
