I haven't played rent because the landlord goes in my home all the time when I am gone and has gone in there not knowing my girlfriend was hiding CU's she got scared and I have no privacy and the landlord is always coming in my front gate to yell at me if I get home to late or leave to early I'm accused of sneaking in and out the landlord lives next door and always keeps tabs on my coming and going I received a three day then a thirty day like five times and then a restricted access and I don't know what that really means
An attorney will need additional information to fully advise you, but it sounds like you have been served with a three day notice to pay rent or quit and possibly a 30 day notice to terminate. If those assumptions are correct, those notices are typically the precursor to an unlawful detainer lawsuit. In other words, it sounds like your landlord is about to sue you to evict you. If your landlord is entering into your house without notice and without permission, you may have a trespass action against him or her. But additional details would be needed. Having said the above, I am not clear on why you have not paid rent. I suspect if you end up in court that the judge will question you about the lack of rent payments. talk to a lawyer in the Coachella Valley about your options and provide the details of your situation so that the attorney can advise you as to your rights and as to whether the landlord is liable for entering your rental unit unannounced.
