You need to be more specific about where you saw this. In Texas criminal law the designation "PG" usually refers to either "pled guilty" or "penalty group." Since you are charged with an aggravated assault case then the penalty group designation should not apply to you. Also, when someone pleads guilty or no contest to a crime the courts will require them to waive a jury trial and other constitutional protections. Is it possible that your designation refers to a waiver of those rights and a plea of guilty (such as might be the DA's plea bargain offer)?
