My fiance is in the county jail waiting to get shipped off to begin is prison sentence. He asked me to look up the accountability and bedspace law 11-76. I can't find anything on this. Can someone elaborate please?
In Georgia the laws are denoted as follows: OCGA §40-6-391. The first number is the title number, the second number is the chapter number, and the final number is the section number. Title 11 of the OCGA is Commercial Code. Title 42 deals with penal institutions. There is no OCGA §42-11-76. The rules and regulations from the Georgia Department of Corrections start with the prefix of 125. There is no 125-11 or 125-76 or 125.11.76. You will need to get more information from your fiance about this law. I will tell you that a lot of misinformation and fake law is circulated around a county jail. You have to take what you hear from a fellow inmate with a grain of salt.
