If it says it is assigned to the post-decree calendar, you are definitely divorced. A few years ago, when the Circuit Court of Cook County was once again reorganizing its processes, it changed where cases would go if post-judgment work was required. Each case was given a new courtroom or calendar to go to for its post-decree litigation.
Post decree calendar means a divorce was granted but your ex husband filed a post decree motion to enforce something in your divorce judgement. You should have a copy of your divorce decree. If not you need to get it. You need to consult with an experienced family law attorney to review your file and advise you.
Doubt anything was filed. When a divorce case is not on an individual calendar, once a judgment is entered the case is assigned to a post decree judge who would hear any motions filed after the judgment was entered, If something had been filed, it should be noted on the clerk's website.
