Show cause hearing means you have to explain in some pretty specific detail why you have not done something or attended something.
Status conference is a session when the judge and the parties set down to discuss the case, case scheduling and general case status.

Just to highlight what you have already been told, you should read that order very carefully. Who failed to do what? The court may take action against that party if there is not a really good, verifiable explanation. If it is you, you might want to remedy the problem right away and document that, and any good reasons it wasn't done sooner.
