I applied for my conditional green card removal, I took the fingerprints two months ago. I tried to enter my case number online to track the status but I had the above question. What does it mean?
Instead of using the receipt number from the I-751 form, use the receipt number that appears on the appointment notice for your biometric appointment--they are different numbers. You will probably find the information you want in that manner.

It means that the online search function has not entered your receipt number into their system. I suggest you contact USCIS Service for an update on your case.
