I was arrested for disorderly conduct I had too much to drink was arrested Judge denied charges and released me now police are coming to my mother's house with a warrent for my arrest. I don't understand what is going on or what to do the police are very abusive should I turn myself in at the district attorney's office.
I'm sure one of the officers left a business card. I would suggest hiring an attorney and having them call. Your attorney can set up a time and place for surrender.
Speak with an attorney first. You should turn yourself in at the Criminal Justice Center on weekdays between the hours of 7-9AM. You may avoid jail time if you turn yourself in and are represented. Good luck.

You should speak with an attorney to handle this properly. It appears that something is missing due to a misunderstanding, a miscommunication or a due to an error by the authorities. Regardless, you need to be proactive in clearing this up. Contact an attorney immediately, if you have not yet done so.
