I had a court date set for my hearing and called the public defenders office week prior to get more information about my case and they told me that is has been vacated. Do I still show up to court? What does this mean?
It means there is no hearing that date. You may have another date with the court. The court may not have set one yet ——you need that appear in court on that on vacated date
