The facts and question you have presented are very confusing. You should contact an attorney who can get to the root of the issues and discuss your options and potential exposure. This is definitely not an area that you want to wander into without representation.
Your English/writing/typos make a complete understanding of your question difficult HOWEVER. IF you were insured at the time of the accident your insurance company has a Duty to Defend you.. i.e. they have a duty to hire attorneys to defend you against the lawsuit. Further they have a duty to pay a judgment to the extent of your insurance coverage (if the damages warranted by the injuries to the other side). Any amount awarded by a judgment over your insurance coverage will be potentially yours to pay (typically a lot of people cannot pay and they go bankrupt - alternatively if they refused to settle at the insurance limits and the plaintiff would have agreed they may have a legal duty to pay an entire judgment). This said .. contact the attorneys that were appointed to represent you and ASK for an explanation -- they represent you in this matter (yes they have a duty to the insurance company but they represent you primarily). If your insurance company is not yet involved contact your insurance agent immediately and report the accident.
