My husband is involved in a custody case in Douglas County. Parties to the case are Petitioner, Respondent, DCDHS and then there are three parties where the name is "Party Suppressed" and the party type is "Impartial". Can anyone tell me who these parties may be? My thought was potentially a mediator but is it common practice for a mediator to become a party to the case? Thanks!
No, it is not a mediator. Does your husband have three children with that woman? Those three suppressed parties are probably the children.
