My Employer had applied for my PERM process. before it got approved, my employer informed me of a pay cut from the client which impacts my salary. so have been having the latest paystubs with the reduced salary due to slow down of business at client. My PERM is approved & now my lawyer has asked to provide my recent paystubs - will the salary cut impact my i140 application - resulting in rfe/denail - is there anything my employer/lawyer or I can do on it
