Any documentation you have showing you are eligible for an EAD renewal. The type of evidence will vary depending upon the basis for your EAD renewal.

What is the basis for your EAD ? You need to submit documentation to support your eligibility for the EAD.
I-786 renewals can be very simple or complicated. What my colleagues say is that you have to read the instructions to the form, which consist of several pages in order to get it right and avoid delays. Or, you can hire an Attorney, on a transaction basis, to do it for you.
Go to USCIS website, find the I 765 application and instructions, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ADN FOLLOW THEM,
Attorney answers to questions are for general purposes only and do not establish an attorney-client relationship.
It depends on the underlying basis for your EAD. For example, if you received your EAD under the recent DACA program, then you would have to demonstrate your continued eligibility for the EAD renewal.
Depending on the basis, the required supporting documents will vary. As my colleagues have mentioned, the instructions usually set forth the evidence requirements in detail. Here is a link to the instructions: http://www.uscis.gov/i-765
